QHow long does it take to build?
Roughly 1–2 weeks for LP Basic, 2–3 weeks for HP Basic / HP Smart, and 3–4 weeks for HP Pro.

QWhich plan should I choose?
LP Basic if you want a single page focused on one announcement; HP Basic to show your whole business across several pages.
HP Smart if you want to hand the update work to Onbit (2 drafted news posts and up to 2 small changes a month); HP Pro if you need English pages or booking-system integration.
We usually suggest HP Smart for music and piano schools, and HP Pro for inns and clinics.
QHow many revisions can I make?
We aim for up to 2 revisions in each phase (proposal, build, review).
If a big change of direction is needed, let's talk it through again.
After launch, HP Smart and HP Pro include up to 2 small changes a month (photo swaps, text edits, work under 30 minutes) at no extra cost.
QCan I update the site myself after launch?
We give you a simple guide for swapping text and images.
Maintenance and operations (uptime monitoring, trouble response) are included in the monthly fee.
If you want to post news articles yourself, consider the CMS option (news posting tool: ¥20,000 setup / +¥500 a month).
If you'd rather not update it yourself and leave it to Onbit, the HP Smart plan (¥9,800 a month) has us prepare 2 news drafts a month.
QI don't have photos or copy. What should I do?
We shape the copy together, working from an interview and a draft structure we propose.
Photos are usually provided by you, but within Tokushima Prefecture you can also use the on-site photo shoot option (half day, from ¥15,000 setup).
QCan you just maintain a site built by another company?
We'll need to take a look before answering.
Depending on the tech stack and the site's condition, we may not be able to take it on.
QHow do I pay?
Payment is by bank transfer.
You pay one year's fee in a single transfer by the launch date.

After that it renews yearly: unless you give notice at least 30 days before the term ends, it extends another year on the same terms.
QDo I need a separate domain and server?
A domain (your own site address) costs from ¥1,500 a year and is billed separately.
You normally contract it yourself, but a registration service (cost + ¥3,000) is also available.
Server cost is included in the monthly fee. If you contract a rental server yourself, expect roughly ¥6,000–15,000 a year.
QHow good are the HP Smart / HP Pro AI news drafts?
You can try the real thing on the demo page (/try/draft/).
Enter your line of work, a topic and the tone you want, and the AI produces a draft in about 3 seconds. On the HP Smart plan, Onbit shapes 2 drafts a month to fit your business and voice before sending them.
You can approve or request edits by LINE or email.
QCan I change plans partway through?
You can change plans at the next renewal (the yearly auto-renewal point).
Mid-term changes are also negotiable (upgrades by prorated difference; downgrades take effect at the next renewal).

Small features can be added as options; a larger redesign may fit within the one free full redesign per year.
QHow is AI for business different from web design?
Web design is about building and running a website; AI for business is about making the office work itself lighter with AI.
It covers routine accounting and back-office processing, drafting replies and reports, and rethinking repetitive work.

QHow much does AI for business cost?
It depends on the type and volume of work, so we quote it individually after hearing the details.
We usually start with a small trial, confirm it helps, then move to monthly operation.
AI usage (API costs) is billed at actual cost or contracted directly by you, shown separately from Onbit's fee.
