Clinic site renewal · 2026

We took over the websites of a surgery and internal medicine clinic in Takamatsu — the main clinic, its sick-child daycare and its aesthetic medicine site — just after they were moved to WordPress (the system that manages a website), and improved them step by step while they stayed live: restoring visibility in search, redirecting addresses from the previous site, redesigning each site and moving the server. Before-and-after comparisons are below.

Aesthetic clinic site renewal · 2026

We took over the website of the aesthetic medicine service run by a surgery and internal medicine clinic in Takamatsu just after it was moved to WordPress (the system that manages a website), and improved it step by step while it stayed live. We added a price list page, gathered the frequently asked questions on one page, and put a phone number and a “Book online” button in the header. A before-and-after comparison is below.

Wakigeka Clinic websites: before and after

We took over three websites — the main clinic, its sick-child daycare and its aesthetic medicine site. Here they are side by side, as we found them and as they are now. We cover only how the sites are built — nothing about medical care or its results.

Main clinic (Wakigeka Clinic)

The main clinic's top page before the renewal: an image slider with image banners below it (the person in the slider is blurred)
Before The site as it stood on 1 September 2026, recreated locally from a saved copy, with the anniversary pop-up closed. The person in the slider is blurred.
The main clinic's top page after the renewal: below the header and menu, an opening screen with an illustrated townscape
After The live site on 20 October 2026.
  • Top page

    Before

When the page opened, a poster for the clinic's 75th anniversary covered the whole screen as a pop-up.

    After

The pop-up is gone, and we rebuilt the header, the menu and the opening screen. On phones, the bar at the bottom of the screen was already there; we changed its third button to access and restyled it.

Sick-child daycare (Wakiaiai Kids Room Bushozan)

The daycare's top page before the renewal: an illustration of a child and a penguin on an orange background
Before The site as it stood on 1 September 2026, recreated locally from a saved copy.
The daycare's top page after the renewal: the same illustration on a yellow background, with a card about same-day use and a photo of a meal below it
After The live site on 20 October 2026.
  • How the pages are organised

    Before

The introduction, usage details, how to use it, a day at the room, access, news and the Q&A all ran down a single page. Most menu items just jumped to a heading within that page.

    After

Beyond the top page, we gave how to use it, a day at the room and the Q&A their own pages — four pages in all.

Aesthetic medicine (Fiorente)

The aesthetic medicine site's top page before the renewal: a pink background with the logo, an English greeting and a diagram of team care
Before The site as it stood on 1 September 2026, recreated locally from a saved copy.
The aesthetic medicine site's top page after the renewal: an opening screen built on a photograph, and a header with a phone number and a booking button
After The live site on 20 October 2026.
  • Prices and FAQ

    Before

Prices sat inside the pages for permanent makeup and light treatments, and the frequently asked questions were split across those two pages.

    After

We added a price list page and gathered the frequently asked questions on one page.

  • Header

    Before

The header held only three menu items and a button to the main clinic.

    After

The header now has a phone number and a “Book online” button, plus links to the price list and the FAQ.

Across all three sites

  • Visibility in search

    Before

Every page carried a “do not show in search results” setting (all 445 pages we checked across the three sites). There were also no share images and no structured data (information that tells search engines a clinic's specialties and opening hours).

    After

We removed the setting. None of the 433 pages in the sitemap (the list of pages we hand to search engines) still carries it. Every page and news post now has a share image and structured data, and on Google's free Lighthouse check the top page of each of the three sites scores 100 for search (SEO).

  • Addresses from the previous site

    Before

Of 412 addresses from the previous site, only 28 opened. The other 384 ended on a page-not-found screen, so links from search results and other sites led nowhere.

    After

We added redirects from the old addresses to the new site, and 404 of the 412 addresses now open.

Before changing things, we saved the previous version so it could be restored. We switched servers outside clinic hours and afterwards compared every page with the old server, checking that content and loaded files matched.

The “after” figures were measured again on the live site on 20 October 2026; the “before” figures come from our records at the time we took over (August–September 2026).

ai support

AI adoption work

Automating accounting & back-office work

A project with one business

We reshaped recurring monthly accounting work — drafting invoices, sorting expenses and checking payments — so that AI writes the first draft and a person only needs to check it. We also organised the documents that build up internally so they can be found when needed. We started small, confirmed it worked, and keep running and improving it month by month.

To keep our client unidentifiable, we leave out the industry, size and specific figures.
