The company that built your website is hard to reach, and when something needs changing you don't know who to ask. You may not even be sure who holds the contract for where the site is hosted (the server) or for its web address (the domain — the "something.jp" part).

If so, hand your current website over to Onbit, with the same look and the same address. There is no need to rebuild it.

    1. The move

    We move the site from where it is hosted now to a server Onbit manages. Before switching, we check that every page opens the same way before and after the move. After the switch, we keep the old location for 2 weeks.

    2. Fix what is old or troubling

    We fix up to 3 of the most important things we find — for example, outdated parts that are no longer safe, slow pages, or wrong wording.

    3. Set it up so you can fix it yourself

    We set things up so you can ask an AI to change opening hours, prices, news and photos, and we walk you through how to use it once. No more waiting after you ask.

  4. every month

    4. Monthly care

    We check that the site is up and respond if it goes down, update parts (such as plugins), check that pages still look right after updates, and send you a one-page report each month. We answer up to about 2 questions a month about fixing things with AI, and make simple text or photo swaps for you (1 a month, up to 30 minutes).

If the move or the fixes take more work than usual — for example, when parts are very old — we tell you in a quote before any work starts.

  • Checking that the site is up, and responding if it goes down
  • Updating parts, and checking pages still look right afterwards
  • Answering questions when you fix things with AI (up to about 2 a month)
  • A one-page report each month
  • Simple text or photo swaps done for you (1 a month, up to 30 minutes)

All prices shown include tax.

  • If you have two or more web addresses, the second and each one after it is ¥2,000 a month.
  • AI usage fees are paid by you directly to the AI provider.
  • We explain the payment method and contract terms when we send your quote.

What is not included

  • Redesigning how the site looks, or adding pages (we quote these separately when needed)
  • Moving email (moving how your email is sent and received)
  • Renewal fees for paid parts (these stay under your own contract)
  • A promised recovery time (we respond as fast as we can, but we do not guarantee a time)

How to start

  1. 1. Send us the address

    Send your current website's address through the contact form. We take a look at what can be seen from the outside.

  2. 2. We send what we found, and a quote

    We send you what we found and a quote. Some sites are built in a way we cannot take on.

  3. 3. Once you agree, we start

    You may need to ask the company that currently manages the site to hand over its data and similar items.

  4. 4. A one-page report every month

    After that, you get a one-page report each month on what we did and what changed.

For your peace of mind

  • We check things one at a time, so we take on up to 3 new customers a month.
  • You can reach us on weekdays 18:00–22:00 and on weekends and holidays (Japan time). We reply within 24 hours in that window.
